Booking is easy and we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Right after booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Two weeks before your trip, we’ll send you a little reminder. And 24 hours before your ride, we’ll share all the practical info: your exact pick-up time and your driver’s contact details.
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I book the airport transfer at the latest?
You can book your airport transfer online up to 12 hours before departure. Need a last-minute ride? Simply email info@comobi.be.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
To inform Comobi of any changes, simply email info@comobi.be, and your booking will be updated accordingly. Please note that if you change the address, the route and price may also be adjusted.
Cancellations are free of charge if made via email up to 24 hours before pick-up. Last-minute cancellations will incur a full charge. For more details, please refer to Comobi's terms and conditions.
What if I haven't received a confirmation e-mail?
You can contact Comobi by sending an email to info@comobi.be with your reservation details. You will then receive a new confirmation.
How is my pick-up time determined?
When making your reservation, you can specify how many hours in advance you want to arrive at the airport. We recommend arriving 2 hours before departure for Schengen flights and 3 hours for Non-Schengen flights. Comobi’s planners will then determine your pick-up time, which will be sent to you at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.
For how many people can I make a reservation?
You can book for up to 7 people per reservation. Want to book for a larger group? Then make multiple reservations or contact Comobi at info@comobi.be.
Are child seats available?
Yes, you can request a child seat for children aged 1 year and older when making your reservation. Maxi-Cosi seats must be provided by yourself.
Can I bring special luggage?
Travelling with a bike case, stroller, skis, walker, or golf bag? You can easily let Comobi know when booking through their platform.
Make sure to inform Comobi in advance so they can arrange a vehicle with enough trunk space. Depending on the type of special luggage, a surcharge may apply.
