The access card is strictly personal. The listed fees will be charged to the card applicant. The fees can be paid via the payment machines present at the airport or by invoicing according to contractual provisions to the account number of Brussels Airport Company. The card can be picked up at parking management (level 2 arrivals. opening hours: Monday until Friday 8am - 4pm, Wednesday 12am-4pm). Please note that a request must be made at least one week in advance (applications cannot be processed on weekends and public holidays)
