A Fast Lane Pass is a ticket that grants you access to the Fast Lane at Brussels Airport's security screening. It allows you to skip the regular queue and move through security screening more quickly. 

The Fast Lane is located on the right side of the security screening platform at Brussels Airport, that allows passengers to go faster through security screening. To use this service, you need a valid boarding pass as well as your digital or printed Fast Lane Pass. 

You can purchase a Fast Lane Pass at Brussels Airport up to 30 days in advance of your flight until the day of your flight (until 10 minutes after the departure time of your flight). 

The Fast Lane is located on the right side of the security screening platform at Brussels Airport. Simply follow the Fast Lane signs to get to the designated area. 

Simply present your personal Enjoy! QR code at the entrance of the Fast Lane located on the right side of the security screening platform. Each scan will deduct one Fast Lane credit from your personal Enjoy! account. A valid boarding pass for the same day of travel is required. 

You can buy your Fast Lane Pass between 30 days prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. This pass is valid solely for the day of your flight. 

You can purchase a Fast Lane Pass on the Brussels Airport Online Shop, or via third-party providers.

You can purchase a maximum of eight Fast Lane Passes at a time. However, if you require more than eight, reach out to customer care for further guidance.

Please note that each Pass grants access for a single entry only, and any purchase of Passes for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited. They are intended for normal quantities of purchase for private use only. 

The Fast Lane service is available every day from 4:00 am until 9:00 pm. 

If the Fast Lane is closed or not available for any reason, you need to use the regular security line. Make sure to check the Fast Lane opening hours (every day from 4:00 am until 9:00 pm) before heading to Brussels Airport to avoid any inconvenience.

Once you have purchased a Fast Lane Pass on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal Enjoy! QR code (also for non-members). If you are an Enjoy! Member, you can also find this code on your Enjoy! Dashboard. 

To use the Fast Lane service, all you need to do is present your QR code and a valid boarding pass at the dedicated Fast Lane security line. Please note that each scan of your QR code will deduct one Fast Lane Pass credit. 

No. You can simply show your personal Enjoy! QR code on your mobile device at the Fast Lane gate. If you experience any issues, please speak to one of the agents at the Fast Lane gates for assistance. 

You can purchase a Fast Lane Pass online for € 12,50 (incl. VAT). This Pass is valid for one person for a one-time passage to the Fast Lane. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Children under 2 years old can access the Fast Lane for free when accompanied by an adult passenger who has a valid Fast Lane Pass and is capable of carrying them. However, once they turn 2 years old, a separate Fast Lane Pass must be purchased. 

When you purchase a Fast Lane Pass, one credit is added to your personal Enjoy! QR code. You can access your QR code on your Enjoy! Dashboard by logging in on the website or via the confirmation email sent to you after purchase. Simply show your personal Enjoy! QR code at the Fast Lane gates. 

Every customer who buys services from the Brussels Airport website receives a unique QR code. This code includes all the services (comfort services + bundle services) they have bought, such as access to the Lounge or Fast Lane.  

It also enables customers to collect their Online Shop purchases and participate in the Enjoy! loyalty programme. By presenting their QR code, customers can easily access the services and benefits associated with their purchases. 

This acts as a unique identifier, enabling you to access services and benefits at Brussels Airport. Once a service or benefit is purchased or redeemed, it is linked to the QR code. 

To use the service or benefit, you only need to show your QR code at the designated location or service point, and the credit for that service is automatically deducted from your total credits available.

When you purchase a Fast Lane Pass, you'll be asked to create an Enjoy! account. However, if you prefer, you can still check out using a guest account. 

If you forget your password, visit the Enjoy! homepage and click on the button ‘I forgot my password’. You will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password. 

Although Fast Lane can help you save time going through security, we cannot guarantee that you will not miss your flight.  

It is advised to arrive at the airport with sufficient time to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances, even with the advantage of a faster security experience. 

The Fast Lane is a separate line reserved for passengers who have purchased access to it. It typically moves faster than the regular security line, which may have longer wait times. 

No. The Fast Lane Pass is only valid for the security screening conducted by Brussels Airport for departing flights before allowing passengers to enter the airside area.  

It cannot be used for border control, which is a passport control conducted by the Federal Police. 

You must have a valid boarding pass to purchase and use your Fast Lane Pass. If you do not have a valid boarding pass, we cannot reimburse your Fast Lane Pass. 

Yes, a Fast Lane Pass can be bought by all passengers regardless of the flight, airline, flyer status or class of travel. 

Passengers who require assistance due to reduced mobility, and their accompanying person, are not eligible to use the Fast Lane service.  

If you have already purchased an Fast Lane and later request assistance, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund for the Fast Lane.

If you qualify as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase of Fast Lane without giving reasons and without any additional costs during a period of 14 days counting from the day after the conclusion of the agreement.   

If you have used the Fast Lane during the 14-day cancellation period, the cost of the used passages will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you used the Fast Lane twice, the cost of two regular Fast Lane passages will be subtracted from the refund amount.
