1. What is a Lounge Pass?

A Lounge Pass is a ticket that allows you access to one of the Brussels Airport Lounges (The Diamond Lounge and The View). The Lounges offer various amenities such as food and drinks, free Wi-Fi, showers, working stations, and more.  

With a Lounge Pass, you can enjoy these services and relax in a comfortable environment before your flight. You can purchase a Lounge Pass on the Brussels Airport Online Shop, at the counter or via third-party providers. 

2. Where can I find the Lounges?

If you are travelling within the Schengen zone, meaning you are departing from the zone of gates A, walk to gate A42. On the opposite side of this gate, you will find the escalator towards the Diamond Lounge. At the top of the escalator turn right. This Lounge is open every day from 4:30 am until 10:00 pm. 

If you are travelling outside the Schengen zone, meaning you are departing from the zone of gates B, go to gates B01-B05. On the opposite side of the gates, you’ll find the stairs and elevator towards the View. This Lounge is open every day from 5:00 am until 10:00 pm. 

3. What services can I get in the Brussels Airport Lounges? 

When you buy a Lounge Pass, you’ll get exclusive access to the Brussels Airport Lounges, located in the zone of gates A and gates B, depending on your flight destination.  

The Lounge Pass grants access for one person and comes with various complimentary services, such as: 

  • staff assistance
  • a selection of free drinks (such as beer, wine, spirits and liquors),  
  • breakfast, lunch, snacks, 
  • Newspapers, TVs and free Wi-Fi. 
  • In the Lounge of gates B, you can also enjoy access to showers, printers and photocopiers. 

4. How can I use my Lounge Pass? 

To use your Lounge Pass, simply present your personal Enjoy! QR code at the entrance of the lounge located in the zone of gates A or gates B, depending on your flight destination. Each scan will deduct one lounge credit from your personal Enjoy! Dashboard. 

5. How far in advance can I buy a Lounge Pass? 

You can buy your Lounge Pass between 30 days prior to your flight and up to one hour before your scheduled departure. 

6. What should I do if my flight is cancelled?

The Brussels Airport Lounges are located in the zone of gates A (Schengen) and gates B (non-Schengen) upon departure from Brussels Airport. These Lounges offer a quiet place to wait for your flight and relax, enjoy the unlimited buffet, or continue working for a while. 

You can buy your Lounge Pass between 30 days prior to your flight and up to one hour before your scheduled departure. 

You can purchase a Lounge Pass on the Brussels Airport Online Shop, at the counter or via third-party providers.      

You can buy a Lounge Pass up to one hour before your flight departure time. 

There is no limit to the number of Lounge Passes that you can buy at one time. Each Pass is valid for one entry only. It is not allowed to purchase Passes with the intention of reselling them. They are intended for normal quantities of purchase for private use only. 

The Diamond Lounge in the zone of gates A is open every day from 4:30 am until 09:00 pm. 

The View in the zone of gates B is open every day from 5:00 am until 10:00 pm. 

If the Lounge is closed or not available for any reason, you will not be able to access it. Make sure to check the opening hours before heading to Brussels Airport to avoid any inconvenience. 

No, your Lounge Pass can only be used when departing from Brussels Airport.

Once you have purchased a Lounge Pass on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal Enjoy! QR code (also for non-members). If you are an Enjoy! Member, you can also find this code on your personal Enjoy! Dashboard. 

To enter the lounge, all you need to do is present your QR code and a valid boarding pass at the entrance. Please note that each scan of your QR code will deduct one Lounge Pass credit. 

No. You can simply show your QR code on your mobile device at one of the lounges. 

You can purchase a Lounge Pass online for € 37,50 (incl. VAT) or for € 42,50 (incl. VAT) at the counter. This is valid for one person for a one-time visit in one of the Brussels Airport Lounges. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

When you purchase a Lounge Pass, one credit is added to your personal Enjoy! QR code. You can access your QR code on your Enjoy! Dashboard by logging in on the website or via the confirmation email sent to you after purchase. 

 Simply show your QR code at one of the lounges to enter. 

Every customer who buys services from the Brussels Airport website receives a unique QR code. This code includes all the services (comfort services + bundle services) they have bought, such as access to the Lounge or Fast Lane.  

It also enables customers to collect their Online Shop purchases and participate in the Enjoy! rewards programme. By presenting their QR code, customers can easily access the services and benefits associated with their purchases. 

This acts as a unique identifier, enabling you to access services and benefits at Brussels Airport. Once a service or benefit is purchased or redeemed, it is linked to the QR code.  

To use the service or benefit, you only need to show your QR code at the designated location or service point, and the credit for that service is automatically deducted from your total credits available.

When you purchase a Lounge Fass, you'll be asked to create an Enjoy! account. However, if you prefer, you can still check out using a guest account. 

If you forget your password, visit the Enjoy! homepage and click on the button ‘I forgot my password’. You will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password. 

You must have a valid boarding pass for departure from Brussels Airport and a Lounge Pass for the same date to use the lounge. During the purchase process, you have to indicate the specific date. 

Yes, a Lounge Pass can be bought by all passengers regardless of the flight, airline, flyer status or class of travel. 

Your order number is shown in the confirmation email that you will receive to confirm your order and payment. It can also be found on your personal Enjoy! Dashboard. 

If you did not receive your confirmation email after purchasing a Lounge Pass, please check your personal Enjoy! Dashboard.
