To get a pass or pack, you’ll first need to sign up for a free Enjoy! account. 

Enjoy! is the loyalty programme of Brussels Airport. As a member, you'll get instant access to cool events, exclusive giveaways, discounts and a host of other perks. You'll also earn Hearts for every purchase you make in our Online Shop. Collect these Hearts and redeem them for great extras like a Lounge Pass or Fast Lane Pass.

It depends on what’s in your pack. 

• Fast Lane: Go to your Enjoy! Dashboard and log in. Open your QR code, scan it at the gate, and sail through security. 
• Lounge: Go to your Enjoy! Dashboard and log in. Open your QR code and have it scanned at the reception. 
• Food & Drink Voucher: Log in to your Enjoy! Dashboard. Open your QR code and have it scanned at the restaurant or bar where you ordered. 

Absolutely! Feel free to share your pack with your travel buddies as long as you’re travelling with them. 

You can purchase additional Fast Lane and Lounge passes via Book your Fast Lane Pass and Book your Lounge Pass. You can also purchase an additional Food & Drink Voucher via Food & Drink Voucher. If you order these passes with the same email address as your Pack, these credits will be on the same QR code. 

No worries! You can always find your unique QR code in your Enjoy! Dashboard. We also send it to you in the confirmation email. 

Simply log in to your Enjoy! Dashboard to check the expiration dates of your passes. 

Unfortunately, we can’t extend the expiration date of your Food & Drink Vouchers, Fast Lane, or Lounge Passes. Your voucher is valid for 6 months after activation, and your Fast Lane and Lounge Passes are good for 1 year after purchase. After that, they’ll expire. 

Nope! Any unused passes and Food & Drink credits stay on your Enjoy! account, so you can save them for your next trip. Fast Lane and Lounge Passes are valid for one year from the purchase date, and your Food & Drink Voucher is good for 6 months.
