Extranet, what exactly is it?
Extranet is an online platform where users, who have requested access, will find a wide range of useful information.
On this platform users can find a wide range of useful and need to know information.
What does our Extranet offer?
You can access the following as a visitor:

- Security Portal (if allowed by siteowner)
- Operational status of the airport
- A commercial section
- Brand guide
- Brussels Airport glossary
- Visitors badge request
- Security handbook
- Aerodrome operations

Other questions
There could be multiple reasons why you cannot access the Extranet any longer.
- You have changed your mobile phone. You need to install the Multifactor authentication again (MFA). Here is how you do it
- You have used the wrong identification codes in MFA multiple times. Here is how to reset your MFA
- You have not accessed the Extranet for more then 1 year. In order to keep our Extranet safe we remove every guest user that has not accessed our Extranet once for more than 1 year. You need to apply for access to the Extranet again.
There are multiple possibilities to access meeting reports:
- You already have access to the Extranet so you just need to log in to the Extranet.
- You do not have access to the Extranet so you need to request access.
- You have not installed the MFA on your device (mobile, laptop, tablet) so you can not identify yourself. Pleas install MFA by following the steps in this document
- You have access but not the correct rights to see the meeting reports. Please contact the site owner, indicated on the sitepage, to allow you the proper rights to see the meeting reports
- You have not been logged on to our Extranet for more then 1 year so you need to apply for access again via the “request access” button on this page.
Please use our Search option in the Top middle of our Extranet homepage. The search will look across all sites accessible for you.
It means that you do not have the rights to view or consult that information on that particular site. Please contact your BAC contact person to get him/her ask access to the siteowner for you.
