Pharmacy Online Ordering & Delivery
How to order & pick-up
- Go to www.airportpharmacy.be where you can order any article within the product catalogue
- The pharmacy is open from 9:00 to 19:00 with a 24/7 pick-up service via the vending machine
- If you order before 11:00, you can pick up your order from 13:00 at the pharmacy. Orders placed after 11:00 will be delivered the next day. If you order something out of stock, the airport pharmacy will let you know when the order has arrived and when the parcel will be delivered.
- Prescription drugs can be ordered through the website but need to be picked up and paid at the pharmacy in the departure hall due to legal restrictions. You can easily upload (a picture of) your prescription when ordering.
Will I benefit from my Brussels Airport Community discount when I order online?
- Add the discount code BRUCOMMUNITY to your basket and your discount of 5% will be deducted from the total amount.
How will my order be delivered?
- The delivery service only applies to the Passport buildings. Every order registered before 11:00 will be delivered at the reception of your office building between 13:00 and 14:00. The reception will notify you when your order has arrived.
Something went wrong. What do I do?
- We’re sorry something went wrong with your order. Please contact the airport pharmacy via info@airportpharmacy.be.
Panos Click & Collect
Place your order online at www.panos.brusselsairport.be, enter your Autogrill discount code and pay via your smartphone or laptop. Your order will be ready at your chosen time slot.
How to use this service?
- Order online as from 5:30 to 18:30, and this up to 30 minutes before pick-up
- Pick-up point located at the Panos unit in the departure hall
- Pick-up by time slot
Too Good To Go
Too Good To Go strives to help fix the food waste problem by rescuing delicious, unsold food from businesses to save it from being thrown away.
- Download the Too Good To Go App and look for the units @ Brussels Airport.
- Purchase a surprise bag at a great discount rate.
- Pick up your surprise bag at the unit at the indicated time slot and save a delicious meal (that would have been thrown away) at a tiny price.
Please be aware that you need an airside badge to be able to recover some (not all!) surprise bags from certain units. This is clearly mentioned in the app.
