Management Trainee Programme
Our trainee programme is designed to hone your leadership qualities and knowledge of the business. Over the course of 24 months, you will gain a broad experience in connecting people and managing processes. And who knows, you might just join Brussels Airport Company as a manager afterwards.
In 24 months’ time you will discover every facet of airport activities, and what your role can be in the airport of the future. Our mission? To be regarded as one of the best airports in the world. Grow as a future manager
Every day, on the job. With more than 20 specific training days, access to 135 growth sessions and workshops, a personal coach and a business mentor. In this way you build on your people, leadership and business skills, and you land in a management role within three years after your traineeship.

Your traineeship consists of three assignments. They give you a clear picture of the airport, where we are going and what your role can be in it.
- In airport operations: optimising our operations, both on the passenger, baggage and cargo side, Landside or Airside and through data analysis
- In corporate teams: Communication & Marketing, Finance, Legal ICT, Sustainability of Corporate Affairs
- In business lines: Cargo & Logistics, Real Estate, Digital of Corporate Ventures
