Do you need assistance at the airport? Then contact your airline or travel agent in advance. We recommend that you inform the airline at least 48 hours before your flight. Arrived at the airport? Then report to the PRM assistance desk at least 90 minutes before departure. This will avoid unnecessary waiting times.

To Brussels Airport

Is someone bringing you to the airport by car? Then use the free drop-off zone a 5-minute walk from the departure hall. If you are coming by car yourself, you can easily park at P1, P2, or P3. Each car park has parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.

At Brussels Airport

Once you are at the airport, the first thing you need to do is go to the check-in desk to get your boarding pass. Afterwards, sign in at the Special Assistance Welcome Desk. If that is not possible, you can sign in at one of these help points:

  • Car park P2, level 2
  • Drop-off zone
  • Bus station near platform C
  • Train station
