Visit one of our information desks in the Departure or Arrival Hall. The information desk of the Departure Hall is located near check-in row 3. You can stop by daily from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm.
The information desk of the Arrival Hall is located outside the baggage hall. You can stop by daily from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm.
At Brussels Airport, you can also contact the Airport Crew. Whether you have questions about your flight, airport facilities or other topics, they will be happy to help you. You can easily recognise them by their green T-shirts or polos that say 'May I help you?’.
The Airport Crew members speak several languages. They can be found at various places in the airport: in the Departure Hall, at the screening, at the departure and arrival border control and at the baggage hall.
