A warm shower after your flight works wonders, you will feel refreshed immediately. If you want to take a shower at Brussels Airport, you can go to The View, the lounge near Gates B. The View is only accessible to passengers departing from Gates B who have a Lounge Pass or if it is included in their ticket.
