Flight cancelled, what to do now?

Your rights as a passenger

Flight cancelled? Whether your booking was made months in advance or last minute, you generally have two options when your flight is cancelled.

  • A replacement flight (at no additional cost) with similar conditions.
  • A full refund of your booking.

Am I entitled to compensation?

If your flight is cancelled less than 14 days before departure and no comparable alternative is offered, you may be entitled to compensation unless there are exceptional circumstances. See the conditions here.
