You can’t miss it this summer. Festival vibes and fun both in and around the airport! The airport will be given a festival look and enchanting characters - who not coincidentally, will remind passengers of the Tomorrowland festival – will be darting around, ready to welcome passengers to our airport or see them off.
With plenty of music and dancing activities spread around the airport, there will be something for everyone! Passengers waiting for their flight on 22, 23, 29 or 30 July near ‘Beers & Cheers’ will not only be able to enjoy the fun festival decoration, but will also be able to move their feet to the rousing beats of a DJ, who will go crazy in his DJ-booth. Always wanted to be a DJ yourself? During the summer months, mini DJ-booths will be set up in the terminal, where passengers can pick their favourite songs.
A zone will be set up near Connector where even the youngest children will be able to practice their dance moves. At gate B30 there is even a ‘kids music wall’, on which children can push multiple buttons and discover the sounds of various musical instruments.
Passengers who would rather take it easy, can choose to chill out on the outdoor summer terrace on the curb in front of the departure hall or in the festival-themed chill zone in hall 2.
Sales at the shops
If that’s not enough, swing by the airport shops and benefit from our festival deals with discounts up to -50% throughout July!
Friday ‘fish & chips’ day
Starting from 5 July, every Friday this summer (until 30 August) you can enjoy delicious fish & chips from Jack White’s food truck. The food truck is open from 11am to 7pm and can be found near the entrance to the departure hall. Jack White works with a unique ‘Boat to table’ concept that serves exclusively fresh fish, carefully selected by sustainable vendors. All dishes are served with homemade sauces and handmade and seaweed salted chips!
