On Thursday 2 May, Brussels Airlines presented its latest Belgian Icon: a new plane paying tribute to one of the Flemish masters, Pieter Bruegel.
After Tintin, Magritte, The Belgian Red Devils, The Smurfs and Tomorrowland, this aircraft celebrates yet another Belgian phenomenon.
For its 6th Belgian Icon, Brussels Airlines took its inspiration from Flemish Renaissance painter Bruegel. This resulted in a work of art with the most complex aircraft design in the world. The aircraft shows scenes from various masterpieces by Bruegel.
#SNBruegel will come into operation in mid-May across the entire Brussels Airlines network in Europe and the Middle East.
