 To realise our ambitious Shift 2027 strategy, a well-oiled Finance team is indispensable. We monitor the budget for all our projects and activities together with these specialists, ensure smooth & simple financial processes and high-quality reporting.

At Brussels Airport Company we continue to look for new opportunities to diversify our activities. As a logistics ecosystem Brucargo is crucial to our growth, while our Real Estate projects are key for the growth of our airport business district. 

The team van Operations is responsible for very diverse activities: insuring smooth and safe operations, developing new routes and destinations, as well as developing and maintaining well-functioning, sustainable assets and infrastructure at our airport. 

If we want to realise our ambition of being a top airport, we need to attract & develop top talent. In addition, this department ensures open and positive communication with all our stakeholders & promotes sustainable initiatives throughout our company.

Our trainee program is designed to hone your leadership qualities and knowledge of the business. Over the course of 24 months, you will gain a broad experience in connecting people and managing processes.
